The Fly & Float package offers a full day of adventure and unforgettable views—from the sky to the river. Guests will start their morning soaring peacefully over Pagosa Springs in a sunrise hot air balloon flight, taking in sweeping views of the San Juan Mountains, the winding San Juan River, and the steam rising from the town’s famous hot springs. The experience begins just after dawn with a warm welcome, balloon inflation, and a 30–45 minute flight flown by an FAA-certified pilot, followed by a traditional post-flight toast.

After a short break to refresh and regroup, it’s time to switch gears and hit the water! Guests will meet back at Base Camp and join a certified river guide for a fun, splashy rafting trip through town on the San Juan River. This stretch features playful Class II–III rapids, scenic riverbanks, and plenty of laughter and excitement—perfect for first-timers and families alike.

Throughout the day, guests are supported by Pagosa Adventure’s friendly team, including their Adventure Coordinator, pilot, ground crew, and river guides. The pace is smooth, the transitions are easy, and the experience is perfectly balanced—peaceful in the morning, playful in the afternoon.
