As we gather with family and friends this Thanksgiving season, we at Pagosa Adventure want to take a moment to reflect on what we’re truly grateful for. This past year has been one of incredible experiences, growth, and unforgettable memories, and none of it would be possible without the amazing people and places that surround us.

Our Guests

First and foremost, we are incredibly thankful for YOU—our guests. Whether it’s your first time flying or rafting with us or you’ve been part of our adventures for years, your enthusiasm and support make every flight, every adventure, and every season special. Seeing your joy as you soar above the San Juan Mountains or float peacefully down the San Juan River inspires us to continue sharing the beauty of Pagosa Springs with as many people as possible.

Our Team

Pagosa Adventure wouldn’t be what it is without our incredible team. From our pilots and crew to the behind-the-scenes staff, everyone plays a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We’re especially proud of the passion and dedication each team member brings to their role—it’s what makes Pagosa Adventure feel like family.

Every day, we are reminded how lucky we are to call Pagosa Springs home. This year, we’ve had the privilege of showcasing this incredible landscape to guests from all over the world, and we’re thankful to share its magic with everyone who visits.

2024 has been a year full of memorable moments. From welcoming new team members to exciting events like the Witches Fly-In and participating in incredible rallies like the Red Rock Balloon Rally, we’ve had so much to celebrate.
